According to the article 23 of the law nr. 196/2003, the inquirer gives his free consent for the use of his own personal data for the following purposes:
- Processing of studies and statistical and market researches;
- Sending – even through an SMS, MMS, video and similar, by e-mail or telephone – of publicity material and commercial information;
- Development of direct and indirect sales activities.
However, the refusal of the consent will not hinder the sending of the request.
